"That finely crafted .300 Win Mag, which Gunsmith Gregg Bardsley bedded up in one of your stocks is performing admirably. I took my new rifle out Sunday for the shakedown. After bore sighting I ran the target out to 100 yards and shot four 3 shot groups. The aggregate of these four groups was .326 !!!!! One-hole cloverleafs across the board. My one 'big group with the flyer' measured .403. I couldn't have been more pleased! The groups measured .275, .328, .300, and the .403. What's most remarkable is that these groups were shot with two different bullet weights (220 and 190 Sierra Matchkings) and two different powders (H-4831SC and Reloder 22). I'm looking forward to getting it out to yardage. 100 yards is a pretty short range for a fast, heavy, long shanked projectile. The stock feels great and I'll keep you informed on my progress."

Outlander test with no bedding - Remington long action 700 XCR II - out of the box and dropped into the stock. It was chambered in .300 Win Mag and hand loads were used (see below).

Grayboe stock material is formulated from inception to perform under any circumstances in any environment. The material is a homogeneous composite mixture not only designed for superior performance, but it also creates a platform as workable as wood. Please note, modifications to the stock will void the Grayboe warranty. We highly recommend contacting your local gunsmith to make any modifications to your stock.

The Renegade utilizes a traditional tactical beavertail forearm that is wider and flatter than most stocks making it suitable for the bench shooter or for real world tactical deployment. The action and barrel both sit lower creating an enhanced platform with increased stability and control, essential in a tactical environment. The Renegade uses a trim pistol grip , helping the shooter to maintain steady rearward pressure and keeping the butt more solidly “in the pocket” . The dual purpose butt hook is fully functional for either riding sandbags or controlling the rifle with the non-trigger hand. All Grayboe products are solid fiberglass, pillared, and fully beddable to further enhance the accuracy potential of the rifle.

Terrain
The Terrain fully addresses the essence of a streamlined and minimalistic rifle stock design. Its smooth and classic lines make it a natural handling and intuitively pointing stock ideal for hunting or range use. The stock incorporates a comfortable vertical hunting style grip merged with a classic and time tested raised cheek comb, this along with its ergonomic fore end design make it a truly transitional stock, adaptable to a variety of needs. The Terrain comes standard with 3 flush cups for easy sling mounting and two front stud which can be replaced with a Picatinny rail if desired (rail and slings not included). The new concept design is an original Grayboe design.
